Last night I didn't get out until about 8:30, and that was after both a heavy dinner and a lot of gardening. So the sun was down and it was chilly in my shorts and a t-shirt, but I did manage to keep warm by just going faster. I tried to keep an average speed of about 30 km/h but I think the real number was closer to ~28.3 km/h or so. I kind of hit a wall (figuratively) out there, and in keeping it closer to home there were more lights slowing me down. So In total a fast 15 km to start the training week. Today I spin at the gym.
