By Claire Sibonney TORONTO (Reuters Life!) - There may be nothing scary about socks, but a cut-throat competition involving hundreds of furiously fast knitters with pointy needles is enough to send even accomplished enthusiasts' pulse racing. Sock...So I saw this on Reuters, and decided I'd post it to digg, and then blog my digg just to double dip the internet (I don't even know w I mean, I think it was easier to click digg this, then blog this, then to actually blog it.) Anyways kind of cool Assassins meets sock knitting. If I wasn't knitting other stuff right now I would jump in, but I think I'd probably get taken down before I could complete my first pair. Cool concept, maybe I will check it out next year.
