Araska is a rock, actually that is a lie, Araska is a fictional rock, in a fictional sea, in a fictional world, the only thing that could be said about is that, if said, world, sea and rock were to exist, then you would have a nice view of a fictional harbour.

Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy? Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy!
Erin has been working busily this week to prepare samples for some Circular Dicromism Spectroscopy and while I sort of understand what the she is doing it for, I wanted to know more. So I searched the web to find an example of a Circular Dichroism Spectrometer. This following is an image of one, I can only hope the SPCA doesn't find out what they are doing. Who knew you could use exploding fish bowl's to produce polerized UV light. This science stuff sure does boggle the mind.
